2017 ~ Financial Record Keeping for Small Business
Are you a small business owner or looking to start a small business and need to know more about financial recordkeeping and reporting? This workshop will not take the place of an accounting firm you might use but it will give you as the owner things to ask of your CPA to better understand your business and its financial condition.
You will have the opportunity to learn the differences between cash vs. accrual method of accounting; sales tax reporting; learn how to interpret financial statements; learn about various means and methods of keeping your company’s “books” from simple and inexpensive to more complicated and more costly and in between; records retention, etc.
